  • What are your hours of operation?

    • Weekdays from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. 
    • Special hours - when our dock is open for drop off or pick-up at 7:00

  • Is same-day service available?

    Yes, we provide same-day service for insulated window units/double-pane window units or most glass-cutting orders.

  • How long does it take to get a tempered glass?

    5-7 business days

  • Do you repair screens?

    Yes, we repair and replace screens on-site.

  • Do you provide glass tabletop service?

    Yes, we offer same-day regular glass tabletop replacements. Special-order glass tabletops are 5-7 business days.

  • Do you have mirrors?

    • We stock a full selection of mirrors - 1/8-inch and 1/4-inch options
    • Bronze and gray customized mirror glass is also available

  • Do you cut glass on the same day?

    If ordered before 1:00 PM, we can cut glass the same day. Call us now.

  • What is tempered glass?

    Tempered glass is a safety glass that is high-fired. If the glass breaks it is in very small pieces to prevent injury.
